We hope you all enjoy the summer so far. As we never stop growing, we are happy to introduce you to our new Project Manager Christoph. He is part of our team since August and he is a very dedicated team member in the fields of Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Consulting.
What were you doing before craftworks?
I spent the last two years abroad and completed my master’s degree in Business Administration and E-Business at the Copenhagen Business School.
Could you explain how you ended up at craftworks?
I first got in touch with craftworks at a hackathon that was organized by my previous company. The innovative and professional problem-solving approach left a lasting impression on me and led to my decision to apply.
Could you describe craftworks in 3 words?
open – professional – teamwork
Can you tell us more about your position at craftworks and what about your work you like the most?
As I work as a Project Manager I enjoy working with people internally and externally. Additionally, I like the dynamic work environment that includes different projects, technologies and, therefore, different challenges.
How do you keep developing your professional skills?
To stay up to date with new tech trends and news I like to use Reddit. The Economist is a great source for everything evolving around international politics and the global economy. When it comes to skill development online courses, such as the ones on Coursera or Udacity are my go-to.
What does your typical day at craftworks look like?
I usually arrive quite early to have a coffee, check emails and plan the day ahead. This is followed by stand-up meetings, PM tasks, and client calls. A day at the craftworks office wouldn’t be complete with at least one game of Tischkick.
What do you do with your time off?
Stay active and do sports such as calisthenics, soccer and running. But I also enjoy just hanging out with friends, traveling and reading.
3 short questions:
Mac or PC?
Office or remote?
A bit of both
Which music is playing on your player right now?
Sanctuary – Joji
